From our experience with HaFSA, we found that the youth of rural Barak Valley are not competitive and they are falling behind in various recruitment tests for appointments to government, semi government jobs and in entrance tests for admission to professional courses and in institutions of national importance. With a view to provide the educated youth of rural Barak Valley a competitive edge, Hafsa Foundation has taken up the project ExcelEdventure

Objective

  • Disseminate information about various job opportunities

  • Disseminate information about various entrance tests for admission to professional courses and universities/institutions of national importance

  • Motivate educated youth to apply for various Government job openings and entrance tests.

  • Help the youth for online application submission

  • Instill self-confidence among educated rural youths to achieve by hard work without cutting corners.

  • Impart coaching for various job openings and entrance tests by expert and professional Faculties.

  • TET

  • Police constable

  • Grade III and Grade IV employees under Government of Assam

  • Various Entrance Tests

How To Get Involved

​

As a Volunteer:

  • Spread information about various job opportunities among educated rural youth

  • Encourage them to apply and prepare well for the posts.

  • Coordinate with reputed coaching centers/teachers and connect the job aspirants with reputed coaching centers/experienced teachers for coaching and guidance.

As an Associate

  • Implement the HaFSA EdVenture Project in association with Hafsa Foundation for Social Advancement

  • An Associate may be an individual,NGO or an institution

​

As a Professional Partner

  • Partner with Hafsa Foundation to implement the ExcelEdventur Project on commercial terms and conditions. 

  • A professional Partner may be a Coaching Centre or an experienced Faculty

Success So Far

 

In the short span of its existence, HaFSA ExcelEdventure has recorded an inspiring success to drive inspiration and to inspire the potential job spirants.

  • TET 2021: 8 candidates out of 20 aspirants coached at ExcelEdventure  for TET 2021 came out successful, recording a success rate of 40%

  • Police Constable recruitment : 4 aspirants out of 10 aspirants coached by HaFSA ExcelEdventure came out successful, recording 40% success

  • Grade III and Grade IV recruitment by Government of Assam : Coaching by experienced faculties conducted at Hafsa Rajghat and Silchar Campus. Results are awaited.
